How to remove persistent pop-up on Safari after iOS update on iPhone 13?

I have been a loyal iPhone customer since 2010. Defended iphone to anyone who dared complain about it. No more. My iPhone 13 recently updated to the latest iOS and I absolutely hate it! One precious web site pops up whenever I try to search on Safari. I have followed the directions on clearing this but nothing works, and why have they made us unable to delete the new iOS and go back to a previous version? I cannot tell you how frustrated I am. And mad. I am so **** mad!!

So does anyone know how to fix this phone? Or shall I start searching for a new one? (I am ready to throw my iPhone away.)

I was a die hard apple fan until the latest update. Now, not at all!!

Can you be more specific? I understand something is appearing when you launch the Safari app, but I do not understand what you mean by a "precious web site".

"Pop-ups" are annoying and unwelcome by definition, but the terminology has become so overused that it tends to be vague. That terminology has a specific meaning when applied to website behavior, but it almost never describes what people experience:

Please describe the steps you followed in an effort to fix it, so that I don't have to repeat what you already did. For example, did you try changing its Search Engine?

That has never been possible, besides, it probably would not fix whatever anomaly you are experiencing. It will be both challenging and inefficient to suggest any corrective actions unless I understand that initial concern.
