On an iPad with iPad OS 26, on a browser page with multiple HTML Select elements, the select dropdown is often dismissed when moving focus (by tapping) between one Select to another.

This issue also happens on iphone - I have raised a bug report and have not found a way of fixing this issue currently.
Happens on safari and chrome with latest ios version, easily replicatable.
The "problem" on iphone happens when you click onto another element for as long as the original element still has "focus" which you can see with the blue border which dissapears after around 400ms.
If you have identified a consistent and repeatable issue - you should submit a Bug Report via Apple's Product Feedback portal:
When submitting your Bug Report, please ensure that you include details of your iPad model and installed version of iPadOS within the body-text of your report along with details of the problem. Do not rely upon the pick-list alone - as this rarely includes the current version of iPadOS.
