AppleOne Subscription Not Available to Family Member
I have an active Apple One Premier subscription. I use Apple Family, which includes my 13 year old. Last week, we got new Apple Watches and had to update both of our phones at that time. Ever since the update, most of the music my son had in his Apple Music library is grayed out. I have tried everything I can think of to remedy the situation. His iPad still has all of his music. I manually added several songs to his library last night and, as of this morning, they are all gone. I logged into his Apple account and when I click on Apple Music, it wants him to get a subscription...I've already checked that his Apple ID is the same on all of his devices and is the same one in our Apple Family listing. I have turned off all parental controls, verified the country is correct (some music says not available in your country), restarted the devices...
Any ideas?
