Hi folks,
I am using an iMac mid 2015 that is running on Big Sur. I have no notices of updates but "slack" app will no longer run on it and says I need to update to MacOS12.
Any advice please?
Your computer can't be upgraded past Big Sur. Buy a newer one.

Your iMac has reached its supported upgrade limit; macOS 11 Big Sur.
Apple provides macOS updates, and upgrades. Updates are minor changes and not expected to cause issues with apps. Upgrades are larger changes, and might or can affect apps, or require app updates.
Apple also has a range of supported versions for each Mac. Your iMac mid-2015 has reached its limit.
You’ll need a newer or new Mac to get to macOS 12, or to the current macOS 26 (2026) version.
