Apple Pay order status 'Something went wrong' in Kazakhstan
When I tried to make an order to buy IPhone I have got the status of the order “something went wrong”. In this case I have tried to pay with APPLE PAY. Order number is W1490758075. I have decided that order was not processed and then I made another order but this time with entering bank card information. Order is processed fine. Order number is W14119xxxxxx.
and now, I have received email regarding the first order W1490xxxxx. It says that delivery days has been moved. It means that order was accepted. So how I can decline this order if the web is not showing me the status of the first order? I’m afraid of that I will be charged for both orders. But I need only 1.
please help. I’m from Kazakhstan, and I can not call to other countries to get support. And Apple doesn’t provide an email for support.
