Missing item after tracking indicates delivered

Please help! I did not receive my item after the tracking indicated that it has been delivered already.

Hi Allan Jones and Kilgore-Trout, thank you for your prompt response! I do appreciate your concern. Thankfully I just received the item now because it was received on my behalf by our office staff. I just have a suggestion that they should alert the recipient through text or email next time. It would be good to ask for one's expressed authorisation for others to accept the parcel for safety.
