Can Anyone Identify this Symbol
This symbol appeared in the upper right-hand corner of my iPad Pro, Does anyone know what it is, and how to get rid of it?

Presumably you mean the ⌥ symbol ???
If so, that symbol is often used to identify a Mac’s “Option” key.
While I’m not at all sure why it’s being displayed on your iPhone …
… that might supply a small piece of your puzzle.
