My iPhone is completing most functions well enough but the videos I try to watch never load(YouTube, TikTok , etc)

YouTube and TikTok servers are having issues tonight. Downdetector shows major outage in Northeast.

When did this start? My wife started having YouTube issues just today. Same symptoms too. On Downdetector it’s reporting major issues in Northeast.
