Have to delete the email App and reinstall from Apple Store to make it work

Factory reset iPhone lately, trying to setup email unsuccessful, have to delete the email app then reinstall it from Apple Store to make it work. Something is not right here, but don’t know what is wrong?

Can’t remove previous installed App. Delete the App and removed it from Apple Store, but still showing at iCloud in settings, run a couple of factory reset, erased all content, still there as soon as I signed in my apple account.

you help will be greatly appreciated. Thank in advance.

Apps are never stored in iCloud. That little icon you see of a cloud with an arrow pointing down just means that you can download the app again without further authorization.

What problems are you having with the Mail app? If you explain what they are, perhaps someone can give you some direction.
