Obligation to keep the product
I've owned apple since the iphone 3gs and every time I launch I change devices. In the last 5 years I have been using more devices such as apple tv, macbook, home pod, apple watch, airpods... an applemaniac until I went to buy ipads. And with this last one I had a big problem. The product from the Pro line simply failed 2 times in a row. In 3 months after purchase and effective use of 1 month. This is in the assistance for the full exchange of the product for a NEW one. However, this doesn't interest me anymore, it has already failed twice. I don't want to wait for the third. And by the policies I'm obliged to keep the device.
