I don't know how to read these diagnostics, can someone help me understand this and what needs fixing?

Time since boot: About 545 days

Reboot. Even mds_stores needs to take a break once in a while. A couple times a year would be reasonable.

You’re on 13.5 (July 24, 2023). Take this opportunity to install 13.7.8 (August 20, 2025), and it’ll reboot too.
