Display Black

MacBook Pro (14", M4 Pro/Max, 2024)

External Display is working, but the internal display is not.

It has happened 3 times in the last 4 months and was resolved itself each time,

but now it has happened again.

Did the following things but did not resolve

Reset NV Ram or PRam

Reset SMC

Restore Mac OS

Sounds like a Display issue—

For hardware issues In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment

Make an appointment for a "hardware issue"

Outside the USA

Get your mac repaired and how much will it cost

Get your Mac ready for service - Apple Support Get your Mac ready for service - Apple Support

If you have AppleCare+ it will cover a large portion of accidental damage.
