Not letting me relink missing files.

Hey there! So what I did was I transferred the data from one hard drive to a new one. I drug the library from the old to the new assuming thats how you do it."its not" so then I deleted the library on the old drive and emptied the trash stupidly. So now all the files are missing but I still have the backup of all the raw video clips. I tried to relink many times and very few actually relinked but most did not leading me to this message.(see attachment) I asked chat got for a while and its not helping that much. Thanks.
