Apple Mail No longer "Sends" my mail after Tahoe 26.0.1 update

After the above update, my "Apple Mail" receives incoming mail fine but will NOT "Send" mail. The "smtp" parameters do not show "SSL" setting other than "none.

A "green" dot is showing account is on line. but outgoing mail does not send.
