When I go to the NFL app on my apple tv+ connected to my tv I cannot stream live games. When I go to my NFL app on my phone or IPAD, I am able. I have subscribed to the $14.99 Red Zone package, which works but the live games do not.

Or are you trying to use the Apple TV+ app on your Smart Tv only?
The Apple TV+ app on 3rd party devices is limited to only Apple TV+ content and MLS. It has no access to other content and purchases.

There is no such thing as an Apple TV+ box.
The little black box you connect to your TV is just the Apple TV. (no plus)
TV+ refers to either the subscription service, or an app on some 3rd party devices not the box.
So what happens when you try to stream on the TV?
Do the games not play?
Can you not find the games?
Do they issue a error?
I have the Apple TV+ box. My login is the same on my ipad and Apple TV+. For example, yesterday the games were available to stream on my phone and ipad but not on my Apple TV+.
