Apollo twin X thunderbolt,, power supply / ultrasound

It's a shame you closed the thread. I'd like to add another point. I have a MacBook Pro 16 M4, and it also charges from an Apollo Twin X power supply, emitting the same unpleasant ultrasonic that puts pressure on my head. Apple, please provide a way to programmatically disable power from the sound card.

Either Mute the volume or contact the manufacturer of your third party device for assistance. It appears to be a problem with the behavior of a third party device....not the laptop. It is up to the third party manufacturers to make their devices work correctly with macOS (or whatever other system(s) they may support).

Apple and UA should have thought through this issue by using a Thunderbolt cable and making it possible to turn off its power. That is something you need to suggest to UA.

Some companies (the better ones) welcome product feedback & constructive criticism/feedback. Of course a company's decision for implementing suggestions does depend on many factors...especially time & money & difficulty implementing it.

It's not Apple's responsibility to update another company's software or hardware.
