Siri not lighting up on new iPad M3 after update

My siri isn’t lighting up anymore on my IPad M3. I’ve tried resetting my settings, asking the email apple for support and nothing has worked. This iPad is new so I’m wondering if it was maybe the newest update that stuffed this up.
