My former colleague using my icloud plus via family sharing. How do I disconnect all sharing from my iphone 16 plus

Over a year and a half ago I left a government job 9 miles away from my house. My colleagues are still accessing my personal iPhone via remote from government devices that I formerly used while I was employed by Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Dept of Labor and Industry. What do I have to do to remove access from this small group of former colleagues who are illegally cyber surveillance and cyber stalking me?

That's not possible. They can't access your phone remotely. This is specifically presented by iOS.

If you are still part of a Family sharing group with them, you can choose to leave the family group, or if you are the organizer, disband it entirely.

Beyond that, you would need to clearly explain what is happening that makes you think someone is accessing your device remotely before any one here can advise further.
