Shortcuts consistently fail with lights

My goal is at night to run a shortcut that closes my blinds, locks the doors, sets the thermostat and turns off the lights. In the morning, I want it to do the opposite. But I most often get the error message “Action set execution partially succeeded” and it almost always involves the lights.

I have:

• 3Day Blinds shades

• Schlage Encode Plus door locks

• Ecobee Thermostats

• 50+ Philips Hue light bulbs on a Bridge Pro

• Third Reality smart switches that control ligihts under cabinet, a shower light and my pantry light

I have put these long delays in, which honestly I don’t want, and I’ve moved things around. I get this is a first-world problem, but it seems to me like this should work. Any ideas?

It’d be nice to be able to hit the one button and have it all work together. It always fails on the lights and it’s 99.9 percent on the Hue Lights

Thank you so much for any and all assistance

Kevin
