I would try and Reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support.
and if that doesn't work, then try and Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support.
The "A" numbers get recycled. In your case, A1466 was used from 2012 through 2017, making it hard to get an idea of how old it is. However, your EMC number 2559 appears unique, a Mid-2012 13-inch Macbook Air.
In computer years, you have a Macbookasaurus. If it has the original battery, it is über-rare to have one last 12-13 years.

If not, and If the resets jeffreythefrog wisely suggests do not help, and you tried a different charger, your battery has peacefully passed away after a long and service-filled life. Apple no longer sells batteries for that model, and about 95% of aftermarket batteries are terrible. It's probably time to shop.
