Shared screenshot of mic running in background continuously without any reason and mic turn off from all settings and isolated now it is used by accessibility settings please help!!!
also some time my location used by system services with out any reason

You could check that the mic is not in use (or paused) in a game or an app: Eg: Messages or Voice Memos
Could the mic somehow be on at all times so Siri will hear your voice and requests?

"Go to Settings/Accessibility/Voice Control and turn it off."

You can check whether or not any third-party (non-Apple) apps or websites are permitted to use your microphone: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone

Apple support has an article online that may help with that:

Eg: says:
"View apps using your location information
> Privacy & Security > Location Services.To allow an app to use your specific location, leave Precise Location turned on. To share only your approximate location—which may be sufficient for an app that doesn’t need your exact location—turn Precise Location off."
Note: If you set the access for an app to Ask Next Time,
you’re asked to turn on Location Services again the next time an app tries to use it."
