Hi Chiragthanki.
welcome to this Apple (user-to-user) Community.
Re: "Mic run in background continuously via accessibility settings"
You could check that the mic is not in use (or paused) in a game or an app: Eg: Messages or Voice Memos
Could the mic somehow be on at all times so Siri will hear your voice and requests?
Else:
This discussion thread on a similar topic: iPhone microphone is on and I do not know… - Apple Community
Eg: says:
"Go to Settings/Accessibility/Voice Control and turn it off."
Another discussion thread with a similar issue: My iPhone Microphone is always "ON" - Apple Community
Eg: says:Go to:
"Settings > Accessibility > Vocal Shortcuts > toggle off"
You can check whether or not any third-party (non-Apple) apps or websites are permitted to use your microphone: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone

Re: "also some time my location used by system services with out any reason"
Apple support has an article online that may help with that:
See: Control the location information you share on iPhone - Apple Support
Eg: says:
"View apps using your location information
- Go to Settings
> Privacy & Security > Location Services. - To review or change access settings for an app or to see its explanation for requesting Location Services, tap the app.
To allow an app to use your specific location, leave Precise Location turned on. To share only your approximate location—which may be sufficient for an app that doesn’t need your exact location—turn Precise Location off."
Note: If you set the access for an app to Ask Next Time,
you’re asked to turn on Location Services again the next time an app tries to use it."
All the best :-)
