I can’t add my card to my apple wallet
When I try to add my card to my apple wallet, it just says that I have no previously used cards, and there are no other options to add a card, how can I fix this?

That is a tricky situation, Human82_23.
Let’s try to tackle this one.
Open Settings ➢ your name at the top of the list ➢ Payment & Shipping ➢ Add Payment Method.
Once the payment method has been added, you should have the option to link it to Apple Pay.
