How to move all music on my pc in Apple Music to an iPad.

I've read horror stories about Windows 11 and Apple Music for pc. I recently made the switch from iTunes to Apple Music and it has taken much time to adjust. True I preferred the iTunes features, but have gotten used to Apple Music. I've read about the Apple Music App having glitches and all kinds of problems after updating to Windows 11. So, I'd like to move my entire music library and playlists to Apple Music on an iPad. Would that work? What would be different about that? I'm assuming that I'd then be able to add music from the iPad to my iPhone. And I"d then stream music from the iPad to bluetooth speaker. HELP please!!
