A. Remove the iTunes Remote Profile from your iPad; then Add it back:
I. Removing this Profile:
- Open: Settings
- Tap: General
- Select: Profiles & Device Management.
- Tap: the management profile pertains to this item
- Enter: your Passcode (if applicable).
- Tap and Configure: Remove Management
a. Adding this Profile Back:
- Open: the Remote
- Tap: Add an iTunes Library
- Open: iTunes on your computer:
- Click: the Remote button.
- Enter: the provided 4-digit code in the iTunes window
B. Report this to Apple:
Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue. Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of your occurrence, if you don't report it to them.
