That date is based on the date a non-Apple seller bought the computer. If you buy directly from Apple or an Apple-authorized reseller, that does not happen.

IMPORTANT: When did you purchase it? That is what counts on warranty coverage. If you purchase a computer in June and do not unseal it until October, your warranty information is correct— your coverage started in June, The process I linked requires a receipt and, if that receipt shows June, the June date will stand upon Apple's review.
If macOS Tahoe translates Vietnamese correctly, that is clearly spelled out in the third paragraph of the Vietnamese languge version of Apple warranty document for computers: Legal - Mac Warranty Rest Of APAC Vietnamese - Apple

I bought from Mobille World Group in Vietnam and it 's an Apple-authorized reseller.
If you bought closer to October, and if they are a true Apple-authorized reseller, then please seek their help.
Remember that Apple are not here and we, as your fellow end users, have zero access to pertinent databases and must work from our personal experiences and Apple documentation.
