Safari “Time Limit Reached” message even though no App Limits are set

Hello,

My daughter’s iPhone (iOS 18.7.1 and mine too) keeps showing the message “Time Limit Reached” in Safari when visiting specific sites (like monbureaunumerique.fr), even though:

  • Safari is enabled under “Allowed Apps”,
  • no App Limits are active,
  • and Screen Time is otherwise working fine.

Safari itself is fully accessible, but this one site behaves as if it has a hidden time restriction.

We’ve tried restarting the device, checking “App Limits”, and even disabling/re-enabling Screen Time — the issue keeps coming back.

Is this a known bug in Screen Time on iOS 17/18?

Any workaround to reset Safari’s web limits without wiping all Screen Time settings?

Thanks,

iPhone 12
