imessages keep turning off after 26.0.1 update

I noticed my messages going green instead of their usual blue color for imessages. i've turned off/on my phone three times, disable screen time to sign out of my account, both wifi and cellular date works fine but for some reason my imessages keep bugging off.

it was fine before, but only had issues right after i updated my ios. ((idk if it helps, but in groupchats, it says that i kicked out a person and added them back in when i didn't))

-also wanna point out that i have an iphone 13 pro max
