All of my bookmarks and favorites on my iPad are gone. How can I recover them?

Last night when I turned off my iPad all of my bookmarks and favorites were there.

This morning all of them are gone.

I restarted my iPad, that didn’t help still gone.

Is there any way I can recover them? I don’t use the cloud for storage.

All of my pics and files are still here.
