Apple Music subscription error: 'Cannot connect' on student plan

I just subscribed for student plan. Now my home page shows “Cannot connect, the page couldn’t be loaded. Try again”. I tried a thousand times but there is no any change. What can I do?

We don't have much info. to go on to pinpoint the cause of the situation precisely. You might want to browse through some of the possible solutions provided below, and try the most likely ones first,

✽ Check that you are signed into your iPhone with the same Apple Account email address (or phone number in some countries) and the password that you use for the Music subscription: How to: Sign in to your Apple Account on the web or in your device settings - Apple Support

✽ See what to do:

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support

✽ Check that your music subscription actually went through ok, and the charge was deducted. (if needed: Check: Get an Apple Music student subscription - Apple Support)

✽ Check to see whether or not Apple Music is actually available in your country or region

Availability of Apple Media Services - Apple Support

✽ See how to check Apple’s System Status page for any outages: A green dot shows all is ok

Apple - Support - System Status

✽ Else if needed: Visit Apple's Music Support website: (info. / support / contact options etc.)
