Why does macOS not allow copying the Terms & Conditions text?

I updated macOS to version 26.0.1 Tahoe, and now it requires me to accept the new iCloud Terms and Conditions. The problem is that the window displaying the text is very small, the font is tiny, and there is a lot of text. It is very inconvenient to read it this way. I wanted to copy or save the text in order to read it in another application, but the Settings app does not allow me to do this. It looks as if Apple deliberately creates such conditions so that people agree without actually reading the text.

Maybe I am doing something wrong — is there any way to save or copy the full text of the Terms and Conditions for easier reading?

You may want to send feedback to Apple that you cannot agree to conditions presented in footnote size. Perhaps they will add a zoom slider when they ask us to agree to legal contracts.

Here is a feedback form: Feedback - macOS - Apple

When I have to read small print, that cannot be enlarged, I set the resolution of the display to a smaller value in the System Settings > Displays. This will enlarge the text.
