Lost my alert sound for New Mail on ipad8?

All of a sudden I’m not getting my “chord” alert sound for new incoming emails on my ipad. Its an ipad 8, ios 26, hotmail(outlook) email account.

I still get the “swoosh” when sending emails, and the sound works on other apps like FB messages etc.. I’ve searched & tried all the suggested “solutions” I can find, but nothing works! Help please?
