Finder keeps prompting for changes after macOS 26 upgrade on MacBook Air M2

Finder wants to make changes keep popup after my upgrade to mac OS 26 (in macbook air M2) and I tried to reset password in recovery mode, but not seeing the ACL setting per some suggestions, and also try to enable read and write in Get Info of my drive, also trying to remove some files in library of keychains......but seems not fixing....pls advise asap and disappointed on apple issues like this kind......
