Undoing a command in Terminal

Please help me someone, I'm at my wits end with this. I update to Tahoe the other day, wasn't keen on the layout cos of the new 'liquid glass' thing, so read that you can turn it off. I went into terminal and copied & pasted something and now it's changed my dock bar. It's lost it's frame. Not only that, my pop up boxes have gone funny and you can't read them (e.g when it says to shut down). I will try and enclose some screenshots, not sure if I can as I've never been on here before.

If you entered something else, who knows what might happen?

And who knows what happens with these commands.

When experimenting in Terminal, always have backups, and preferably only experiment on a spare or testing-focused Mac. There are commands that cannot be undone.

Real lack of any specific details here...

Sure can post screen shots... either drag and drop or use the editing tools.

You're surprised? People have microwaved their phones to "charge" them based on social media. There was also that one that involved changing the system date on the phone to get a "retro interface" which bricked the phone. Apple had to release an update to prevent people from doing that.

I am no longer surprised.

There have been any number of "Deaths by Selfie", where people intentionally went to dangerous places (such as "on the railroad tracks", "standing on the edge of the Grand Canyon with your back towards it", etc.). There was a guy who took a "rattlesnake selfie." The rattlesnake objected and injected him with its venom. Doctors had to use up the anti-venom supplies of two hospitals to save his life (and arm?), and his share of the medical bill came to $153,000.

CBS News – "Rattlesnake selfie" results in a $153K medical bill

Since the rattlesnake selfie guy lived, and was not rendered "unable to reproduce", he was ineligible for a Darwin Award. But others did win it, like the guy who wanted to test if his new jacket was 'stab-proof', and tested this by stabbing it repeatedly with a knife WHILE HE WAS WEARING IT .
