Logic Pro: folders in the project all files section has down arrow

I just updated to Sequoia 15.7.1 and updated to Logic Pro 11.2 and now I have folders in my project file section with down arrows, I didn't have this issue with the previous version of MacOS Senoma, or ever. I'm not sure why now. Spent 4 hours online trying to find a way to fix it and ran out of luck.

It looks like you have icloud sync enabled:

Change iCloud settings on Mac - Apple Support

Store files in iCloud Drive on Mac - Apple Support

  1. Click on the arrow to get your files back to your computer.
  2. Create a timeMachine backup of your entire computer including all files located on your iCloud Drive folder to (at least) one external drive.
  3. Make sure you have enough free space available on your computers startup disk.
  4. Go To Settings > Click on your name > iCloud > Drive >
  5. de-activate Store files from your Desktop and Documents folders in iCloud Drive,

store photos and videos in iCloud Photos, store messages and attachments

in iCloud, and optimize storage by keeping only recently opened files

on your Mac when space is needed.

6) de-activate Optimize Storage

The iCloud drive setting is set to off so nothing is syncing however, looks like it was a permissions issue, I just gave Logic Pro full disk access to the computer and I can now access those folders. Thanks for the tip though for iCloud, if I run into this and I've enabled Full disk access and it's not fixed, I'll also check my iCloud settings.

I didn't have this issue with the previous version of MacOS Senoma, or ever. I'm not sure why now. Spent 4 hours online trying to find a way to fix it and ran out of luck.
