I have forgot My Reset Security Questions

Hello I have problem with my account i know the password but it keep asking me the security questions

i didn't enable Two-factor authentication and when i clicked on "Forgotten Security Questions"

it tell me "Cannot Reset Security QuestionsWe don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions."

what I have to do to solve this ?

as I remember I have added a phone number to my account but there's no option to send authentication OTP to my number , and also I have access to my email I don't know what to do
