Apple publishing eBook without author's permission

Apple have published my eBook, Lost Inheritance, on their website (see https://books.apple.com/gb/book/lost-inheritance/id1599493552, https://books.apple.com/au/book/lost-inheritance/id1599493552) without my permission. I have reported this to them and they are not taking corrective action to remove the eBooks from their platforms. What should I do to get them to comply?
