I am writing to request a refund for an incorrect charge related to an Apple Music student subscription.
Problem Summary:
On October 10, 2025, I subscribed to the Apple Music student plan through the Apple Music app on my Android device. The offer stated "1 month free" followed by a discounted student rate. However, I was immediately charged ₹59, and my subscription is set to renew on November 10, 2025, indicating I did not receive the promised free month.

Platform: Android app (billing handled via Google Play).
Date of subscription: October 10, 2025.
Charge amount: ₹59.
Unexpected outcome: Instead of receiving a free month, I was charged instantly. The subscription is showing a renewal date of November 10, 2025.
Expected outcome: I expected to be billed on November 10, 2025, after a full free trial period.
Previous history:
I am a new subscriber to the Apple Music service and have not used a free trial with this Apple ID previously.
I would like to request a refund for the ₹59 charge.
