I Can't Cancel Any of my Subscriptions

About maybe two or three months ago, my Apple iPhone just died. It wouldn't work no matter what I did so I had to get a new phone. I got an Android now. I've been trying to cancel my subscriptions but I can't. Every time I click cancel my subscription, nothing happens.
