How do I get a free MDM KEY

I’m unaware of a “free MDM key”.

If your MacBook Air has an MDM supervisory lock active, contact the organization holding the MDM lock and request they release it, or provide proof of purchase sufficient to convince Apple of your ownership — an original purchase receipt from Apple or an Apple authorized reseller, commonly — and request Apple remove the MDM lock.
