Label folders in Gmail has no emails
all emails that were saved in my label folders in my Gmail have disappeared in my iPhone 17 Air

Are the emails still in the folders on the server? You'll have to log into Gmail to check.
If the emails are still in the folders then my suggestion is to remove the account from Mail and re-add it.
