Blocking iCloud subscription on a stolen phone that you’ve forgotten password and you don’t know 28 recovery pin

I’ve lost my IPhone on a hose break in few days ago, can’t log in on my iCloud because I’ve forgotten my password and it needs a 28 recovery pin that I don’t remember activating it, problem is my subscriptions still active and I want help to cancel them…any help??
