Unable to complete subscription cancellation on iPhone

When i log in and go to subscriptions, i then try to cancel and it opens the new window, i then hit the cancel button but it just hangs and then doesn't close. If i then hit the keep button the window closes. It's as if the cancel subscription option doesn't work?

Support is no help, just goes around in circles and takes me back to the same screen

Any ideas?
