When I enter Full screen, cursor does not automatically hide.

When playing a video, I used to click to go full screen and the mouse cursor would automatically hide. This no longer happens. If I jiggle the mouse, it does hide. I don't want extra steps to hiding the mouse.

This is different from the previous version, and is happening on my personal MacBook and partners MacBook.
