Why being so does this queries ever looked or solved by iPhone company as our valuable data are encrypted and storage data cannot deleted on chance of getting access.

Will ever on future iPhone/itune will provide any solution’s to us for this as there are data which are very important memories for us.

If you didn't write down the password and kept it in a safe place, then there is no recovery and you won't be able to use that backup.

It is your responsibility not Apple to remember that information.

Your solution is to remember the encryption, and if you don't know it, then you can't use the backup.
