That's the iPhone's region. It has nothing to do with the App Store.

You need to change the Apple Account country as explained in the link I posted above.

Here it is again:

Your screenshots suggest your Apple Account is set to a country other than India, so Indian only apps would not be available to you.

You either change your account's region, or you simply don't use Amazon Pay UPI

The purchase location of the iPhone is not relevant to this. Only the region for the Apple Account plays a key role here.
