can I extend the 1 year warranty of MacBook Pro (2025) to 3 years ?

If it's covered by a workplace-level plan, use that. Otherwise, buy AppleCare for it.

Although you bought your MacBook Pro in 2025, all those sold at this writing are, at best, models introduced in 2024, and are sometime referred to as 2024 model-year.

To date, there are no MacBook Pro models identified as 2025 models.
