How can I fix incorrect iCloud billing issues?

I signed for iCloud increase for a monthly subscription of $0.99 and being charged $9.99 a month. How is that?

Are you sure the $9.99 is for iCloud?

How much iCloud Storage did you subscribe to? 50GB is 0.99, 2TB is 9.99.
