Unable to Access My Apple ID – Incorrect Phone Number

I’m unable to access my Apple ID because the system asks me to verify my phone number, but the number linked to my account is incorrect. I can’t receive the verification code, so I’m completely locked out of my account.

I have already tried using the account recovery options on the Apple website, but they always redirect me to the same verification step with the wrong phone number.

Please help me regain access to my Apple ID. I am the legitimate owner of the account and can provide identification documents or any other proof required to confirm my identity.
