How can I restore missing Home in HomeKit?

I have three homes. After I restored my iPhone 14 pro onto an iPhone 16 pro, everything moved over fine except one home. The home shows on all of my other icloud devices, iPad, Macbook, and homepods. I own the home on my Apple ID. The home hub and devices are all on the latest software (ios 26 or whatever it is for other devices). I'd love to get this back with all of my accessories and automations as the home is quite large.

I saw another post on here about it, that led to nowhere and was eventually locked. So looking for some input!
