Okay, the problem is; I was gifted an iPhone 13mini, the person bought it in the market place Amazon or thereabout, so I mistakenly factory reset the phone, now is asking me to login with Nike account.

Contact Nike IT dept. They may release it if it was genuine mistake
if you had to reset the phone after purchase then it belongs to another apple account, and if so it is useless to you.
There wasn’t any account on it, as at the time I factory reset it. No iCloud account on it at all
